	Merv Joe is the Principal of Bizco Limited, born in Matamata and attended Matamata College before qualifying at Auckland University. Merv gained a wide range of experience in senior accounting roles at Fisher and Paykel before assuming CFO roles in various companies including Eli Lilly, Elizabeth Arden, Woolrest, Monaco and Transmark. During this career in industry, Merv developed extensive knowledge in manufacturing, distribution, foreign exchange, taxation and risk management.Merv founded Bizco in 1996 and has grown the business to service a wide range of clients. Merv has advised on appropriate business structures from sole traders, partnerships and companies to family trusts.

	Ivy Zheng studied at Mt Roskill Grammar School before graduating with a B Comm at Auckland University in 2006. Prior to joining us Ivy held junior positions in various New Zealand Companies. Ivy is fluent in English and Mandarin. Ivy is working towards her CA membership. .

	Vincent Zhou joins us after spending 4 years working for a local company. Vincent qualified at Waikato University with a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and is working towards his Chartered Accountant Qualification. Vincent is in charge of our MYOB department.

	Martin Rees is a contractor to Bizco. Martin is a chartered accountant and graduated at Waikato University with a Bachelor of Management Studies. Martin has had extensive experience in audit and due diligence over a wide range of industries and was an audit manager with a medium sized audit practice.

	Jamie Joe has moved to another company outside of accounting but continues to look after our computers on a part time basis.
